Introduction
New homes at Park Lane, Beaconsfield
Griggs Homes has submitted proposals for new homes on land off Park Lane, Beaconsfield. The scheme seeks to deliver a high quality, policy compliant development that responds to identified local housing needs.
The proposals include 79 new homes, with 50% to be provided as Affordable Housing across a range of tenures. The development also includes publicly accessible open space and landscape enhancements that will be available for both new and existing residents to enjoy.
The design of the proposals has been informed by the surrounding landscape and built character of the area, helping the development to integrate sensitively with its surroundings.
The scheme incorporates improvements to sustainable transport links, including enhanced walking and cycling connections. These will help provide safer and more convenient access to Beaconsfield town centre, local schools and the railway station.
