Griggs Homes is delighted to be bringing forward emerging proposals for much needed new homes on land off Park Lane, Beaconsfield. The scheme aims to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant development that meets identified local needs, with further details to be determined through a future application.
As well as 80 new high-quality homes, of which 50% will be made available through a range of Affordable Housing tenures, the proposals include ample public open space accessible to both new and existing local residents.
The scheme also incorporates improvements to sustainable transport links, including enhanced walking and cycling connections, providing safer and more convenient access to Beaconsfield town centre, local schools, and the railway station.
